Through advertising for rental income, I received numerous enquiries as to what the buying process consisted of, and what was it like to own. What effort was involved, what were the pros and cons, and of course, how good were the rewards. Although I was able to respond to these questions immediately, some of my answers have changed since the early days.
This is because I subsequently found more efficient ways to do things. I certainly don’t regret buying, but I am annoyed with myself for not doing more research. Hopefully through this site you will not make the same mistakes as I did, and you will hit the ground running from day one!
